Apply for the appropriate Nigerian visa.
Before booking
Review the official arrival window and transportation plan.
Before departure
Confirm visa approval, travel-health requirements, yellow fever documentation where applicable, insurance, accommodation, and mission instructions.
U.S. travel checklist
- A passport with at least six months of validity remaining at the time of entry
- The appropriate Nigerian visa / e-Visa authorisation
- Passport photograph or other documents required for the applicable visa category
- Mission invitation / support documentation when provided
- Confirmed return or onward travel
- Accommodation or host information in Nigeria
- Appropriate vaccination documentation
- Copies of mission and emergency contact information
